SCAM ALERT: A scammer has been reaching out to authors pretending to be me, complimenting them on their work and suggesting they hire a (fake) publicist. The scammer has also pretended to be my publicist and offered to put the author in touch with a fake version of me as a reference. Please note: I nor anyone associated with me will EVER contact a reader or writer out of the blue or ask for personal information or money.
